Priority Ticket Purchasing

Club Wente Entertainment Members receive Priority Purchasing Privileges as just one benefit of membership. Join Club Wente Entertainment today!

Club Entertainment Pre-Sale begins at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2014, through Ticketmaster only ( Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster 1-800-745-3000). Active Members as of 4/22 should use the last 5 digits of your Entertainment Member number as your password for ordering tickets. Members who have joined after 4/22 will be emailed an alternate password.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Sunday, May 18, 2014, through Ticketmaster only ( Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster 1-800-745-3000).

Box Office At Wente Vineyards

The Box Office at Wente Vineyards is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Box Office is located adjacent to The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards at 5050 Arroyo Road, Livermore. The box office can be reached at 925.456.2424 during normal business hours.

Types Of Payment Accepted

The Concerts at Wente Vineyards accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Wente Vineyards gift certificates. We don’t except cash or personal checks. All sales are final, no refunds are available once tickets are purchased. Wente Vineyards Gift Cards cannot be used through Ticketmaster and can only be redeemed directly through Wente Vineyards box office.

Will Call

Will call is available the day of the concert only, at the front gate entrance, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Gates to the venue open at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Special Needs

Wente Vineyards welcomes all visitors and affirms its commitment to making its events and services accessible to everyone. Our box office will provide the best available seating to meet any individual’s special needs. In order to provide a barrier free experience for our guests with disabilities, please call us directly at 925.456.2424 to purchase tickets, request special services, or for other assistance needed in order that you may more fully enjoy the show. Tickets are also available through all Ticketmaster outlets, online at ticketmaster.com and call centers at 1.800.745.3000

Children

Children under the age of 6 (six) are not permitted to attend The Concerts. Children 6 (six) years of age and over must be accompanied by an adult and must sit within the same section and next to the accompanying adult. There is no price difference for this ticket. Please kindly consider others when deciding to bring children to a concert.

Venue Information

Gates to the concert seating open at 6:00 p.m., and the performance begins at 8:15 p.m., unless otherwise specified. Restaurant dinner reservations are available from 5:00 to 5:45 p.m., buffet dinners are served from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Guests with Terrace or Orchestra seating may purchase a bite to eat at The Grill, overlooking the 18th green, prior to the performance between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. There are various bars that sell wine, soft drinks, water and snacks, available from 6:00 - 8:15 p.m. Port, Cognac, fine cigars and wine by the glass or bottle are available for purchase in our garden bar. Wine bars close at start of concert.

Our venue is outdoors; all events are rain or shine and a warm jacket is highly recommended; raincoat and hat if there is a chance of rain. Smoking is prohibited through the concert venue, except in the designated area. No food, alcohol, cans, bottles, coolers or folding chairs allowed. Animals are not allowed, with the exception of seeing eyes dogs or service animals. No cameras, video equipment or recording devices. Lockers are not provided. Cell phones must be turned off and pagers must be on silent. If the behavior of concert attendees adversely affects any other party’s enjoyment of the show, or is determined to be unsafe, the attendees in question will be asked to leave.

Dates and artists are subject to change without notice. Artists are contracted to play for a minimum of 1hour and 15 minutes, however artists are encouraged to perform for as long as they would like. The views and opinions expressed by artists do not necessarily represent the views and opinions of Wente Vineyards. Wente Vineyards is not responsible for tickets purchased through a secondary vendor. Only tickets purchased directly from Wente Vineyards or its authorized vendor, Ticketmaster, are valid. All Sales are final, no refunds.

Parking

Reserved parking is available for restaurant guests and complimentary parking is available for all other concert guests. Designated disabled parking is available in a lot adjacent to our Event Center. Parking for the concert series is among the vineyards on a gravel surface. Please wear comfortable shoes for the walk from the parking area. Tailgating and picnicking are not allowed. Buses and limos need prior approval for parking. Please look for parking attendants for directional help.
