This is a beautiful example of Viognier, with lush pineapple and tropical fruit flavors complemented by hints of vanilla and spice. It is a full-bodied wine, balanced by crisp acidity and a smooth, round mouthfeel that leads to a long-lasting fruit finish.

Sourced from the Riva and Hayes Ranch vineyards, the grapes were handpicked and sorted at harvest time in order to ensure premium quality. The grapes were then pressed in whole clusters.
After settling for twenty-four hours in stainless steel tanks, the wine was racked to barrel where the primary fermentation took place.
The wine was barrel finished and aged in oak for seven months prior to bottling.
