Vineyard:
The Petite Sirah grapes were harvested from the Covarrubias and Wente blocks. The Touriga Nacional was harvested from the Livermore block.
Fermentation:
The grapes were partially fermented in stainless steel tanks then fortified with oak-aged brandy before being placed in barrel.
Aging:
The wine was aged for 7 months in American, Eastern European, and neutral oak barrels.
