Our Petite Sirah has a beautiful dense color with aromas and flavors of blueberry, raspberry, red plum and an undercurrent of cocoa. With mouth-filling, well balanced tannins, this wine has a smooth yet powerful finish.

Vineyard:
The Petite Sirah grapes were harvested from the Ruby Hill, Herman and Marina blocks and the Barbera grapes were harvested from the Smith block.
Fermentation:
After being handpicked, the grapes were hand-sorted at the winery, then gently pressed, leaving any possible bitter tannins behind. The Petite Sirah was fermented in small one ton fermentors and punched down by hand twice daily. The Barbera was fermented in stainless steel.
Aging:
The Petite Sirah was aged for 18 months in American, Eastern European, and neutral oak. The Barbera was aged in stainless steel.
