Vineyard:
The Mourvedre was harvested from the Raboli Block Vineyard, the Syrah from the Silva block, and the Grenache from the Marina block.
Fermentation:
All varietals were fermented in stainless steel tank and pumped over twice daily.
Aging:
The Grenache and Mourvedre were aged for 12 months in neutral oak. The Syrah was aged for 15 months in French, American, Eastern European, and neutral oak.
