Sourced from the Riva and Hayes Ranch vineyards, the grapes were handpicked and sorted to ensure premium quality.  The grapes were then pressed in whole clusters.

The wine was fermented in stainless steel tank.

Aging:

The wine was aged in Eastern European and neutral oak barrels for six months prior to bottling.
