Catering Sales Assistant
The Catering Sales Department has an immediate part-time Sales Assistant opening working Saturday and Sunday, 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Duties include providing general office administrative support to the Catering Sales team, and assisting guests with Restaurant reservations. The ideal candidate must have experience managing a multi-line telephone system, pleasant phone voice and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external guests. Must be a self starter with strong organization and general office skills (filing, operating office equipment and other basic office skills), good typing skills (50 wpm), and be proficient in Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Reserve and Open Table is a plus. Experience working in a multi-task environment with frequent interruptions and short deadlines is essential. Prior catering/restaurant dining experience is required. In addition to working weekend days, this position requires a flexible work schedule, and must be available to work some holidays and evenings during the concert season.

Catering Event Coordinator
We currently have openings for part time Event Coordinators. As the Event Coordinator you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. This includes providing each guest with warm, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service using proper service standards and procedures. Responsibilities include: overseeing all FOH related activities for catered and special events and acting as the point of contact for all FOH event staff (servers, back waiters). The successful candidate must have a high sense of urgency, have the ability to anticipate issues while remaining flexible and highly adaptable to change.

Requirements:
1) Must be able to coordinate a number of activities with multiple components requiring independent follow through and attention to detail.
2) Be highly organized and detail oriented.
3) Operate under deadlines and sometimes a high degree of pressure. Work in a multi-task environment with frequent interruptions and short deadlines, and sometimes a high degree of pressure.
4) Interact with all levels of staff using effective interpersonal skills.
5) Flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends and some holidays
6) A minimum of one year experience as a restaurant or catering server.
