WENTE VINEYARDS TEAMS WITH MUSIC INDUSTRY TO CREATE “DISCOVER THE WINE, DISCOVER THE MUSIC” PROJECT
Wente Vineyards announced the launch of “Discover the Wine, Discover the Music.” The innovative partnership with breaking musical artists will introduce each partner to new and diverse audiences. Featuring six artists from a mix of popular musical genres, Phase I will roll out in retail markets across the nation this fall.

WENTE VINEYARDS NAMES ESTATE GROWN WINES FOR GEOGRAPHIC & HISTORIC ORIGINS
Wente Vineyards has announced the forthcoming release of eleven estate grown and bottled wines, each named to reflect its distinct geographical and historical identity. The naming project followed an extensive replanting program, and identification of individual blocks within older vineyards, by Fifth Generation Winemaker Karl Wente.

WENTE VINEYARDS CELEBRATES IT’S 125TH ANNIVERSARY IN 2008!
Wente Vineyards marks its 125th anniversary this year. In celebration, the Wente family will host a series of special events and promotions throughout 2008. Highlights include:

• 125th Anniversary Celebration weekend on May 3 - 4, which falls on the 125th day of the year
• In Celebration of The Course at Wente Vineyards’ 10th Anniversary, The Course will host the Livermore Valley Wine Country Championship, the fifth stop of the PGA Tour’s 2008 Nationwide Tour
• The Concerts at Wente Vineyards 125th Harvest Concert in September
• The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards’ year long Prix Fixe $125 Couples Menu
