Wente Vineyards Kicks off 2011 Harvest With Indie Music Festival
Full day festival will feature top national touring bands and independent Bay Area artists. Over 20 bands for $20 hosted by Live 105’s Aaron Axelsen and Karl Wente
WHO: Fifth generation winemaker Karl Wente of Wente Vineyards and Aaron Axelsen from Live 105 are proud to present the BottleRockIt Music Festival
WHEN: Saturday, September 10, 2011. Doors open at 10:30 AM and performances begin at 11 AM.
WHAT:Wente Vineyards invites festival goers to spend the day basking under the East Bay sun, enjoying a full day of music and a selection of delicious estate grown, sustainable wines. Together with leading San Francisco rock station Live 105 http://live105.radio.com/, the show will include headliners: Givers, The Holdup, Dirty Vegas, AB & The Sea and The Hundred Days.

MORE: As part of the nationwide program Discover the Wine Discover the Music, this independent music festival formerly known as Day of Discovery will feature nationally renowned bands as well as the best emerging Bay Area talent. In true festival style, Wente Vineyards will be hosting three different stages, allowing guests to sit on the lawn with chairs or blankets. The three different stages will be located in the Barrel Room, the Small Lot Winery and at the Estate Lawn. Tickets for the 20+ band and DJ lineup are only $20 and are on sale now.
