Pastry Plater Wente Vineyards Pastry Department is seeking a Full Time Pastry Plater in our Restaurant. The position is Full Time, Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. There are occasionally longer days when business levels are high. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of plated desserts and basic baking. The candidate must be punctual, have a positive and can do attitude and be able to work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must be tidy, organized, and have an aptitude for cleanliness, sanitation and safety.

HR Assistant-Part time Seasonal We currently have an opening for part time seasonal position in our Human Resources Department. Areas of Responsibility Include: phones, projects, filing, data entry and other office duties.
Requirements:

Viticulturist This position is responsible for developing goals, policies, procedures and quality objectives for the wine-growing process. He or she will work in conjunction with the Viticulture Manager to ensure that grape requirements are met by independent growers. He or she will be responsible for the field sampling program, overseeing experimental work and grape maturity assessments, and making technical recommendations to growers to ensure that grapes meet quality and supply objectives. We are looking for someone with a Bachelors Degree in Viticulture plus 1-2 years of experience. Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
