Private Dining Information

The Event Center, Restaurant and Golf Course Grill at Wente Vineyards present a variety of settings for special events of virtually any size. Private entertaining areas include our lush terraced lawn surrounded by gardens, smaller more intimate verandas overlooking the vineyards, and the Restaurant's elegant private rooms. With an outdoor terrace and dining room overlooking the 18th green, the Grill is perfect for casual dining and entertaining. The Event Center has both meeting rooms and versatile dining and entertainment space.

Business clients often like to combine a meeting with an al fresco luncheon or a round of golf on the Greg Norman-designed course, located just a chip shot away from the Event Center. Wente also offers private wine tastings for groups, and customized labeling for gift programs or special party favors. We look forward to working with you to create a customized event setting.

The Event Center at Wente Vineyards

Cresta Blanca Room
	Located in our Event Center, the Cresta Blanca Room can accommodate up to 150 guests with dance floor, or 200 guests for a traditional sit-down dinner. The room is located in a magnificent white Spanish-style building with red tiled roof and floors. The interior has been decorated to reflect an old-world Villa with bronze and tortoise shell lighting and floor to ceiling antique framed mirrors. The walls are accented with elegant watercolors of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills. Capacity: 150 seated with dancing or 200 seated, without a dance floor
Lawn & Garden
	Adjacent to the Event Center, our lush lawn and garden area is beautifully landscaped and provides a versatile setting for a wide range of special events: from weddings and receptions to conferences, team building and business retreats. Capacity: 50 - 1000 seated
Charles Wetmore Room
	Located on the upper level of the Event Center, the Chales Wetmore Room has spectacular views of surrounding hills and vineyards, and offers an ideal atmosphere for conferences and symposia. Capacity: 120 Theater, 48 Classroom, 40 U-shaped, 48 Hollow Square, 60 Rounds, 36 Boardroom
Herman Wente Room
	Also located on the upper level of the Event Center with a circular picture window overlooking the Herman Wente Vineyards, the Herman Wente Room provides a serene setting for meetings. Capacity: 20 Theater, 16 U-shaped, 20 Hollow Square, 20 Classroom, 16 Rounds, 20 Boardroom

Golf Course Terrace
	Adjacent to the 18th hole with magnificent views of Wente estate vineyards and white sandstone cliffs, this picturesque location is ideal for outdoor receptions. The open layout can be cutomized to accommodate small or larger parties. Capacity: 40 - 180 seated and receptions
Golf Course Grill
	This intimate dining room with a full spirits bar overlooks the Terrace and 18th green, and provides a perfect setting for small gatherings. (available for dinner November 1 - March 1) Capacity: 20 - 35 seated

Our award-winning restaurant has provided guests with stellar cuisine and superb service since 1986. Nestled in a canyon south of Livermore and surrounded by white sandstone cliffs and acres of vineyards and gardens, the Restaurant offers gourmet dining in a spectacular setting. The seasonal menu features dishes inspired by Italian, French and California cuisine. Prepared with only the freshest ingredients, our menus are designed with wine in mind, with each dish exhibiting well-balanced wine-friendly flavors.

Wine Cellar
	Located downstairs beneath our main dining room, the Wine Cellar, with its cozy atmosphere, is ideal for small private gatherings. Capacity: 12 - 20 seated
Veranda Dining Room
	A private dining room with an open atmosphere, the Veranda Dining Room is located to the rear of the restaurant and has expansive windows and French doors overlooking our beautiful lawn and gardens. Perfect for smaller receptions and celebrations. Capacity: 24 - 30 seated
Front Dining Room
	Located across from the Restaurant Wine Bar, this room is designed for medium-sized receptions and parties. French doors and large windows add a sophisticated touch. Capacity: 40 - 50 seated
